Debt Enforcement Action
There are two parts to every court action:
1-Getting the judgement
2-Enforcing the judgement
The first part of every claim is to initiate a small claims action. You go to trial and if successful, you'll receive a judgement from the court for whatever the court deems just. However, now you have a judgement that you must enforce on your own. Meaning the court isn't automatically going to help you. You must initiate a whole separate set of protocols to start enforcement measures. That requires specialized knowledge and skills to understand the different strategies and options available to assist in enforcing the judgement. Long story short- if you have a judgement or someone owes you money- we understand how to get it for you.
