Alex Brooks is a licensed Paralegal, Notary and Commissioner for taking oaths. He graduated with honors from CTS Canadian Career College, winning the gold academic award.

Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, Alex provides affordable legal solutions to clients all over Ontario

Alex is passionate about people, justice and the law. Alex is a skilled, experienced negotiator who frequently finds a way to bring about resolutions through negotiation, without having to attend court or tribunals. And if representation at a hearing is required, he will assertively advocate your case with passion & energy.

Alex works with a network of legal professionals who specialize in various areas of law such as landlord tenant board, small claims court, highway traffic act, etc. thus giving him access to decades of vicarious legal experience & legal precedents.

Sydney Brooks is a licensed attorney and has been serving the Timmins and Northern Ontario community for over 50 years.

Working with a licensed attorney allows us to take on matters that require Paralegals to work under the direction of a lawyer.

Joel Cross is a licensed Paralegal with an extensive background in the construction business. His personal knowledge of the industry gives us an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of many common construction related small claims court torts; including defective workmanship, contract failure, failure of payment, Quantum meruit disputes over the value of partially completed work, etc.
